Equipping the Alternative Accommodation Tourism Sector with Needed Sustainability Resources in a Thriving Niche Market

Our partners are hard at work on the Epic Stays resources which are being designed to innovate the existing and future alternative tourism accommodation:

  • Providing knowledge and a deeper insight into the challenges.
  • Providing tried and tested solutions from suggested good practices.
  • Introducing new tailored VET tourism training designed for both educators and business owners so they can become equipped in this field.
  • Provide interactive activities and events to ensure connectivity, awareness, and capacity building.

This project is timely as the alternative tourism accommodation market is poised for growth, making Epic Stays of high value to European tourism SMEs, particularly those in remote, rural regions. Ultimately, the project will help refocus European tourism VET and SMEs for a more sustainable, resilient, and prosperous future in this field.
